Who are we?
We are a bunch of electic foamie scratch builders who were tired of spending more time fitting our plans on small pieces of foam, rather than building.
How much is shipping?
That is a very popular question. We use UPS real time rates based off of your shipping zip code, product weight, and box sizes. We cannot determine you actually shipping cost since every customers zip code varies. We guarantee this will save you money on your 1st order.
How do you cut your foam?
Our state of the art CNC machine can cut up to 52 inches of foam at one time, therefore we spend virtually no time cutting foam and more time packing orders. (video coming zoon)
How come you guys are so cheap?
Our state of the art CNC machine can cut up to 52 inches of foam at one time, therefore we spend virtually no time cutting foam and more time packing orders. Less time cutting means less overhead.
Since you can cut at any size, can I customize my case of foam?
We will custom cut any full case of foam free of charge for up to 2 cuts.

Can I order over the phone?
Sure, but we are not always at our desk. Orders placed via our website will be processed much faster and most times same day.

How long does it take to respond to your emails
Emails written in a way that require a yes or no answer can be answered quickly. But typically we allow 24hrs to be returned but most of the time, it takes a few business hrs.
Why didn't you respond to my email.
We respond to every email we receive, however, SPAM is a big problem. Sometimes your email may get lost in the spam and deleted by accident
What happens if my package is damaged

What is your return policy.
We accept returns with no restock fee and will refund 100% of the product purchase as long as none of the foam has been used, cut, crinkled or altered in any other way.
Do you offer local pick up.
Due to our lease agreement with our landlord at our warehouse, we are unable to have the public enter our facility. NO EXCEPTIONS
