Please note:
There are accepted and normal deviations in the DEPRON foam. There could be
slight deviations in the thickness, sizes, and some sheets are slightly bowed in
the middle. This is normal and part of the manufacturing process.
When handling such delicate product the corners may become slightly damage.
Foamy Depots
deviation buffer zone is ½ inch in from all edges.
Typically after shipping the product, the 1st few mm could become slight
uneven. If needing a specific size, its best to get the next size up, so you
may have a complete and perfect piece of DEPRON to build from.
If the foam you receive is damaged from UPS, you must contact us immediately
with your name and order number. We will open a claim with UPS on your behalf.
UPS may ask for the damage back and foam for inspection.
DO NOT THROW THE ORIGINAL
SHIPPING BOX AWAY, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SHIPPING BOX, UPS
may or MAY NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY and therefore we cannot resend the
package.
Once we receive confirmation from UPS they are accepting damage liability, we
will resend the damaged products back to you at no cost.
Sending us pictures will almost instantly complete the process and we can 99% of
the time, have a resent package out to you the next day.
